heads the team at JSP Media Group. After graduating with his degree, he started off in television as a runner for the BBC. Then in 2002 he got his “big break” debuting on the UK’s first ever gaming channel and that’s when his TV Presenting career took off.
Jem loves going on shoots and putting on his Directors hat, creating engaging, professional videos for businesses up and down the country, which help to showcase their products and services and really keeping the viewer engaged.
has 20+ years experience in broadcast & trained as a multi-skilled TV Operator, specialising in sound with the BBC.
He went on to work for various ITV stations in numerous roles including: Sound, Camera, VT & ultimately culminating in editing. Tim has been privileged to work in all all forms of production: Film, Drama, Entertainment, Sport, Documentaries, Commercials and has worked for all major broadcasters including: ITV, Ch4, BBC, Five & Sky.
has worked in the TV industry for over 10 years and is our 2D/3D motion graphics and animation designer.
Joph has showcased his work in over 150 countries and has enjoyed working on projects for BSkyB, Channel 4, BBC, ITN, Disney. He enjoys working in: Broadcast Graphics, News, Sports, Studio, Mobile, Real-time Navigation and Continuity, but his real passion is working on 3D Animations.
has over 10 years’ experience in TV production in Sweden, specialising in ENG roles. His professionalism has been challenged a few times whilst working as a Sound Recordist for 3 months on an Ironman documentary in Australia.
His work has been varied; working on the Swedish version of Strictly Come Dancing, which was filmed live in front of over two million viewers. His experience includes studio work, outside broadcasting and live filming, so in all, he has a very wide field of work.
has been with JSP Media Group for over 2 years, initially starting off as a runner. Now that his knowledge has widened, he takes care of most of the production side of things.
More recently, Kett has stepped up and has since been training as a Director for some of the live streaming shows we produce. With his enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly and with Jemish as his mentor, he’s already coming on leaps and bounds.
Lens and Digital Media; Matt is happiest solving technical issues in a pressured environment and making “on the spot” decisions on location shoots regarding composition and exposure.
Matt’s audio skills are strong and he is equally at ease in the Edit Suite with a broad knowledge of Non-Linear Editing software packages. Career Highlight – Doing a double-take at Jose Mourinho in the Chelsea FCTV Studios.
